Sharing my experience and passion for a Charlotte Mason education with others is a privilege. I am happy to meet with you to offer support on your journey as a CM educator. Perhaps you are just getting started and would like some help in understanding how to implement a CM approach in your homeschool. You may have tried to use a CM approach in the past, but lacked the support to fully incorporate her methods. You've been thinking about starting your own CM co-op or book study and want to know where to begin. Whether you are looking for short-term or long-term consulting, I am happy to serve you. My most treasured time is when I am able to meet you in person, however if distance or schedule do not allow, I am also available to meet via phone or Zoom. Fees:
One FREE 30 minute initial consultation
Hourly Consultation: $50/hour, plus $25/additional 30 minutes
On-Going Consultations: TBD based on time and frequency. Contact to inquire about a packaged fee designed for your specific needs.
Assessment
As a 'qualified person' with a graduate degree in education, I offer evaluation services to CO homeschooling families as required by Colorado State Law. For families living outside the state of Colorado, I am available to evaluate students educated with the Charlotte Mason philosophy and methodology, however this is for the family’s use only, not an official evaluation required by their particular state. The evaluation I provide is based on the educational philosophy of Charlotte Mason and the methods used by examiners of the Parents’ National Education Union Schools. This is a holistic approach which considers the whole personhood of the child as the work is evaluated. A student portfolio made up of a Parent Letter, a Student Work Summary, and either a copy of the student’s recently completed comprehensive examination or a sampling of the student’s work is completed by the parent and sent in for evaluation. Following the assessment of these items, I will compose a detailed progress report to be sent to the family and, if required, a letter summarizing the progress of the student to be sent to the Colorado educational institution with whom the student is registered. In addition, you may wish to add on an in-person student assessment and/or a parent consultation to discuss the completed assessment. See fees below. Schedule your evaluation today!
